Personal Use Only
Aspen's
PinoyVoIP Service is for Personal Use only. If the service
is used for income purposes, Aspen will discontinue your
service and may report the incident to the Philippine
National Telecommunications Commission. The Call Detail
Report will also be surrendered for tax liabilities on
your account to include your information.
Business
Account
If you need a
Business Account, please let us know. A Business Account
does not entitle you to generate income on the service.
The Business Account allows you to have more minute
usage than the personal account. If the service is used
for income purposes, Aspen will discontinue your service
and may report the incident to the Philippine National
Telecommunications Commission. The Call Detail Report
will also be surrendered for tax liabilities on your
account to include your information.
Internet
Connection Requirements
Please be
advised that your recipient in the Philippines must have an
internet connection with a speed of at least 128kbps UP and
384kbps DOWN. You can get lower speeds but you may experience
choppiness in the your audio quality. Choppiness
is most likely caused by the speed or bandwidth of your
recipient's internet connection.
No 911
Availability
There will be
NO E911 service for the PinoyVoIP Service since it is
located outside of the United States.
Fair Use
Policy
This service
is for Personal Use only. Your account will be monitored
and if excessive use is determined, Aspen will
discontinue your service.
Use for
Income Purposes is Prohibited
If the
service is used for income purposes, Aspen will
discontinue your service and may report the incident to
the Philippine National Telecommunications Commission.
The Call Detail Report will also be surrendered for tax
liabilities on your account to include your information.
Adaptor
Delivery
Aspen will
deliver your recipient's adaptor through a local
Philippine courier. Aspen can provide a paid
installation service to assist your recipient in
installing the adaptor. The fee depends on the region in
the Philippines. Fees range from $15 to $35 per
installation.
